The pellet sampling machine is responsible for random sampling of the pellets in desired percentage. Efforts have been made by the experts to design the machine so as the sampling is completely randomly and in a variety of percentages. This machine is designed in very appropriate dimensions (height and width) so that the pellet buckets enter it. In similar machines, the height is up to 2 meters and the input is fed into the machine from high above after the operator has taken a number of steps which makes the operation process difficult. The other notable advantage with the machine is the constant output flow rate regardless of the amount of input pellets. In addition to the sensitivity of the machine, an effort has been made to make the operation of the machine easy even for the least experienced operators. In designing the device, ergonomic and harmonic factors have been considered, so that it fits the laboratory environment and is compatible with the operator’s physique.
